This is a hobby project for me, so I don't have a formal roadmap. But here are some of the things I'm working on and planning to work on in the future:

• Tournament projections, i.e. March Madness
• A "What if?" page where the user can get projections for games between two opponents.
• Adding FCS college football. I currently only do FBS.
• Historical data. I'd like to add prior seasons for at least College Football and possibly other sports. I'd like to be able to crown my own mythical National Champion for past years.
• Adding more sports. The most likely next ones on the list are Women's College Basketball and the NBA.
• Improving how home field advantage is calculated.
• The end user won't notice this, but I need to improve the performance of the ratings calculations. Right now it takes about 30 seconds each to calculate the Davis and Samuel ratings for College Basketball. I'd like to cut that in half, at least. I need to do that to do some better full season projections for the NCAA tourney
• The Samuel ratings use a little bit of AI, but this needs more work and improvement.
• Projections use a Monte Carlo simulation, mostly based on a couple of Normal distributions. But closer analysis shows that the distributions aren't truly normal. This could be improved.
• Adding more data and statistics. I currently use a limited set of data for my ratings. I would like to add more data and statistics to improve the accuracy of my ratings and projections.

All of these enhancements take time. And many of them cost money. So, I may add advertising to the site and a tip jar, to help offset some of the costs.

I don't have a Project Manager to keep me honest. Most of the time what I work on is based on whatever I find interesting at the moment, or whatever bug or missing feature is annoying me the most.
